What we do around here
We're a small team with a diverse set of skills and a passion for crafting effective visuals using animation, compositing, VFX, and the kitchen sink.
Our work is always expanding to new mediums - if there is a way we can put at least a few pixels on it, in it, or around it, we're interested in coming up with creative ways to make those pixels look great.
We focus on work that is engaging and interesting - both for us and our clients. We value time spent experimenting and tinkering between projects, with software, hardware, and new mediums.
We also like to wear black t-shirts while having our picture taken, often with our arms crossed.
Chase is a hands on creative director who enjoys taking on unique challenges. His primary background lies in motion design and animation, although he has contributed to many projects as a compositor, editor, VFX supervisor, and director. In nearly 15 years in NYC, he’s had the opportunity to work on projects ranging from commercials and film, to projection mapping and 360/VR. His work has seen awards from D&AD, Fast Co, and The Type Directors Club, and has been showcased on many industry publications and blogs.
Chase likes to get involved in as many aspects of a project as possible, and has learned to avoid wearing long sleeves so he doesn’t have to waste time constantly rolling them up.
Born and raised in Sweden, Toros Köse is a Turkish/Kurdish art director and designer based in NYC. He’s worked with many companies and agencies in New York and around the world, for clients such as Nike, Nvidia, Ford, Nat Geo, NASA, ESPN, Marvel Studios among many others, as well as several documentary projects.
He also likes to keep busy with personal projects, exploring and experimenting with different aesthetics and techniques, while also having a strong passion for photography and cinematography. Variation is a strong motivator and a key factor in keeping his mind fresh and focused.
Toros generally rips snack bags open in the most barbaric way possible.

A stickler for organization and attention to detail, you will tremble in fear if you put a file in the wrong place on his watch. And don't even think about trying to take a cheap shortcut somewhere in production - you do one thing the way you do everything.
STEVE "COACH FURY" HOLINER
With a passion for the moving image ignited by the original Star Wars, Steve "Coach Fury" Holiner would go on to earn his film degree from NYU. Through various jobs in production, Fury would find himself on the ad agency side of commercial production. A few years down the line, Steve would switch to post production leading to Senior and Executive Producer roles at Quiet Man, Guava, Headlight, 89 Edit and Click 3X.
While at Click 3X, Steve would begin to professionally pursue his other love of making people strong AF so they can live fuller longer lives. Now an internationally recognized fitness educator, Fury is in the sweetest of spots getting to train people and reunite with his longtime friend Chase at Henchmen.
Hit him up to talk design, VFX, kettlebells and/or your favorite Godzilla movies.
